The storage space inside really helps keep the clutter down and hides our extra blankets and pillows. It’s sturdy and compact sonic fits in our house without taking up a lot of room. Very comfortable and I enjoy sitting on it to relax.

If that day comes, I can order new back cushions and a new arm for the end chair in the curvy styles and change the entire look of the sectional. It really is an ingenious way of creating your own custom and unique look for your own life. I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical about the 10-year warranty on the frame when everything was delivered in flat-pack boxes, ready to be assembled. Once you order your sectional/couch typically your shipment should arrive in about 15 days. At the time of my order I knew they were a little behind but to be honest they did an amazing job.
She not only was prompt on all her communications , she was articulate, helpful, pleasant, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I seriously did not think this type of customer service existed anymore. Please share my feedback with her manager. I also love that you are an American company. And the color we chose really brightens the room so much. Love our couch, it’s black fabric and easy to vacuum off and spot clean.
Comfortable, clean and storage
I did already test the pet care fabric to see if liquids are repelled and they definitely are. The cat also felt the need to double-test the fabric and all was well. I’m thinking I will need to update this post in a year to share how well everything holds up and thoughts on Home Reserve ownership for the long haul. But for now, consider me a happy Home Reserve customer.
I chose this company based on their ethos, which the employees, in turn, emulated thoroughly. When we looked further into the features, we found that every. That is huge for us because our home has minimal closet and storage space. As for pet hair the one thing I noticed is the color & material of Maltese Flax shows black dog hair a little more than other colors. It is still very easy to vacuum and wipe off. The only time I have really missed those wide comfy seats is when I was sick with the flu a couple of weeks ago and my sore muscles were really wanting to sprawl out a bit more.
Things We bought on Amazon for Our Home Recently
We purchased a large Laney Sectional and absolutely love it! We have a cat and a dog, so being able to wash the fabric and easily take it off and on is one of the reasons we love our furniture. Home Reserve furniture has been the best purchase and our family enjoys it daily.
It takes about a hour to assemble each piece, so its a full day of assembly....wasn't mentioned in the marketing. Also the pilot holes in 1/3 of the furniture were not there...and without a jig..its difficult to get lined up. Not a bad product, but I paid a lot for the frustration. I am smitten with the fact that every piece of fabric, both the cushion covers and the covers for the bases are removeable and can be thrown in the washing machine. When I had an issue with the sectional we purchased over a year ago, the company reached out to me to resolve that issue. I hadn't expected such quick and satisfying service.
Are the Couches Made in the USA?
Since this is a modular sectional there are seams between each section as opposed to being one continuous piece. I have solved this by hanging a blanket on the back. I don't have any current photos that don't show my living room a mess (ha!) but it has held up well, we even moved and rearranged it at our new place. It was easy to take apart and lightweight .
I do still like it, and it has been used a ton more now that the kids are home more often . We just went back to the website and ordered the one extra piece. If we ever want to change or reconfigure the layout, each piece can be unattached from it’s neighbor and rearranged as we see fit. It’s 100% customizable to your exact needs. We decided to go with the Ray style from Home Reserve, which they describe as having a “modern, low-profile nice arm”. I was kind of over the curved, puffy cushions of our old couch, and the Ray style was exactly what we were looking for. I received my sectional and it was missing fittings and also feet.
One of the sections arrived with one piece that was broken in shipping--I contacted customer service and the response was unbelievably speedy. We had a replacement piece in hand in less than a week! The assembly instructions were very thorough, the storage space is wonderful, and it's so nice to be able to configure it exactly to how we like it and our living room space. A SOLID COMPANY. A SOLID WARRANTY. A SOLID PRODUCT. We love our new couch. We purchased it from a family who was moving and the warranty transferred to us without any question.
I ordered this at first, since I figured it would be the last couch I buy. If kids or dog stained or broke it, I could just replace those pieces & not the entire thing. Well one year later & way too many pieces are broken & need to be replaced. The price for replacement is way too much. Might as well buy a whole new couch for that price & never have to deal with this piece of crap again.

Thirdly, I don't think the couch is all that comfortable. I feel like I'm sitting on a couch in a doctor's office. But with all the work we did, there is NO WAY we can return it. I first became aware of Home Reserve through a friend who had previously ordered from you. I liked how easy it was to get something delivered, choices of styles, and fabric selections. Home Reserve amazed me also on the speed of delivery.
